Think Taproot, Slipknot, Deftones, throw it all together and you got a serious sick sound. These guys are local but check them out sometime!
Ttec
Another original local band. If you like Mudvayne, Messugah, Chimara, etc. then you'll dig Ttech.
Bangtel
We played with these guys at Battle of the Bands in March @ Bottoms Up Tavern. Lemme tell ya, they are something else. Mix punk,ska,funk,metal,hardcore,alternative,etc. etc. and throw it all together and you get Bangtel. I think of them as a mix of a Primus meets System of a Down meets some surfter type band. Anyway, these guys are pretty cool so check them live sometime.
Killswitch Engage
A new band that is fucking awesome! A sick twist of hardcore, metal, with a nice touch of melody that make these guys a cut above the rest. If you haven't heard about these guys yet you're seriously missing out!!
